Just when you think you’re doing the right thing by eating more fresh fruit and veggies, they come out with this!
It’s the 2017 Dirty Dozen Report and highlights include:
- More than 98 percent of samples of strawberries, spinach, peaches, nectarines, cherries and apples tested positive for residue of at least one pesticide.
- A single sample of strawberries showed 20 different pesticides. Oh dear, the beloved strawberry is most toxic.
